Explore topics related to climate, sustainability, and energy efficiency!

We have all heard the facts - the human body is mostly water. Planet earth is mostly water. Canada has the third largest renewable freshwater supply in the world. Humans need water to survive (up to fifty litres of potable water daily).

What about Kingston, though? From where does Kingston’s water come? What happens to it before it comes out of your taps? Is it threatened? How is the climate crisis impacting it?

This presentation will explain where we get our water, what happens to it before we use it, what is affecting it and how we can protect it. Come join the discussion on this vital resource.

This program is in partnership with Sustainable Kingston.
