Aging Well is a bi-weekly speakers' series that explores topics of interest for older adults.

Join KFPL and the Clinical Psychology Outreach Program of Queen's University to learn about the practice of mindful meditation.  The presentation will provide an overview of different mindfulness techniques and tools as well as the common myths of mindfulness practice. The presentation will be followed by a demonstration where participants can try out some mindfulness techniques.

This program is in partnership with Compassionate Communities Kingston.
