Older Adults Day Out

with Kingston Community Health Centres

Join KFPL and KCHC every Monday at the Rideau Heights Community Centre for an older adults activity day.

Activities include exercise programs, educational workshops, a talking café, cards and board games, and a monthly book club.

Join KFPL in the Multi-Purpose Room for cards and board games every Monday at 10:00 AM and for a new edition of the monthly Books and Beans book club the first Monday of the month at 11:00 AM.

Due to library closure on Monday, March 3, the first installment of the Books and Beans book club will take place Monday, March 10.
