Find us in the 'large hall' by the RHCC kitchen. 

Kids will get the chance to talk to and learn about someone from an older generation while creating a fun piece of art. A wonderful exploration of art and humanity! Older adults are participants in Kingston Community Health Centres 'Feel Good Fridays' at the Rideau Heights Community Centre. 

Registration required, limited spaces available.
