Nicolas a une bande de chouettes amis et des parents qui l'aiment. Il vit une existence paisible et sans problèmes jusqu'à ce qu'il apprenne la venue prochaine d'un nouveau membre dans sa famille. Selon l'un de ses copains qui a vécu semblable situation récemment, un nouveau petit frère bouleversera toutes ses habitudes et ses parents seront peut-être même forcés de l'abandonner dans la forêt comme le Petit Poucet. Nicolas décide donc d'agir, et il organise une escouade avec ses compagnons dans l'espoir d'amasser assez d'argent pour engager un gangster capable de kidnapper le nouveau-né.
