Jean Rae Baxter hosts a monthly meeting of area writers 18 & older. Share your work and exchange constructive criticism and helpful suggestions. Limited spaces available. New members welcome!
Are you a writer 18 or older who is already working on a writing project, or who is ready to start one? If you're interested in meeting with a group of other writers to share your work and to give and receive constructive criticism and helpful suggestions, you're most welcome to attend.
On the second Thursday of each month award-winning author Jean Rae Baxter hosts a session for a small group of writers at the Sydenham branch from 2 until 4 p.m. On January 9 the meeting will be held at the table in the teen area, so only eight (8) spaces will be available. Most monthly meetings will be held in the Community Room with a maximum number of ten (10) available spaces.
You may come as often as you like, but due to space limitations you must register separately for each monthly meeting. Registration for each month will open at 9 a.m. on the Saturday immediately before each meeting.
Please note that this is the registration page only for the Thursday January 9 meeting; registration for the Thursday February 13 session opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday February 8 at https://calendar.kfpl.ca/event/3677414
