Write On returns, online through Zoom! Jean Rae Baxter hosts a monthly meeting of area writers 18 and older. Share your work and exchange constructive criticism and helpful suggestions. Limited space.
Are you a writer 18 or older who is already working on a writing project, or who is ready to start one? If you're interested in meeting online with a small group of other writers to share your work and to give and receive constructive criticism and helpful suggestions, you're most welcome to attend.
On the second Thursday of each month award-winning author Jean Rae Baxter hosts a session for a small group of writers through Zoom from 2 until 3:30 p.m. In order to allow equal time for sharing only eight (8) spaces will be available each month, and participants are asked to limit the size of the piece shared to one which can be read in eight minutes.
You may come as often as you like, but you must register separately for each monthly meeting. Registration for each month will open at 9 a.m. on the Saturday immediately before each meeting.
This interactive online program will be held on Zoom. Registration will close four hours prior to the event, and registrants will be sent the link at least one hour prior to the start time. It is recommended that participants download Zoom in advance.
Please note that this is the registration page only for the Thursday December 10 meeting; registration for the Thursday January 14 session opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday January 9 at https://calendar.kfpl.ca/event/4758295.
