November is Make a Will Month. Local trusts and estates lawyers explain the importance of wills and powers of attorney via Zoom, and what to keep in mind when preparing your own estate and care plan.

November is Make a Will Month. Learn about the importance of having a will and powers of attorney for you and your family. Local lawyers who practice Trusts and Estate Law will speak about the elements of a will, what happens if you don’t have one, what are powers of attorney, why they are important, and special considerations to keep in mind when preparing your estate and care plans.  Today's presentation will be given by Ryan MacNeil from Cunningham, Swan, Carty, Little & Bonham LLP.

This online program will be held on Zoom and requires registration. Registration will close four hours prior to the presentation, and registrants will be sent the link at least one hour prior to the start time. Participants will need to sign up for Zoom (at https://zoom.us/) and download the latest version of Zoom in advance.

This is the third of three identical presentations. It will also be offered

As all three presentations will be the same, please register for only one of the three sessions.
