Join Darryl Casselman from The Memory Project for an online talk about the Battle of Normandy. WO Casselman is a member of the Juno Beach Centre Association and has led battlefield tours of Normandy.

One of the pivotal events of WWII, the Battle of Normandy in 1944 was a massive operation by the Allied forces, commemorated worldwide in 2019 on its 75th anniversary.  Join us in this online examination of Canada’s role in the battle, which involved thousands of Canadian sailors, soldiers and airmen.

Memory Project speaker WO Casselman is an avid amateur historian specializing in Canadian involvement during WWII.  He has been a serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces for almost 20 years.

This interactive online presentation will be held on Zoom.  Registrants will be emailed the link immediately upon registration.  (Please check your Junk and Spam folders right away if you don't see the confirmation email and link in your Inbox.)  Participants will need to download the latest version of Zoom in advance to the device they’ll be using during the presentation.
