Book Chat is a monthly online discussion mixer for new adults and adults who like to read.
On the third Wednesday of the month we meet on Zoom to discuss books and other media in relation to a monthly theme (but feel free to come gab about any literary topic that has got you excited!).
Our October theme was "Books and Libraries".
Our November theme was "Found Families".
Our December theme will be "Holidays".
Our January theme will be "Tales from Home" (about your home of origin).
Bring a book you'd like to talk briefly about, or some open-ended questions related to the theme!
This interactive online program will be held on Zoom. Registrants will be emailed the link for the January 19 session immediately upon registration. It is recommended that participants download Zoom in advance.
Please note that this is the registration page for the Wednesday December 15 session ONLY. Registration for the Wednesday January 19 session will open at 9 AM on Saturday January 8 at https://calendar.kfpl.ca/event/5881132.
