Kingston-born spoken word performer, writer and poet Britta Badour, better known as Britta B, is hosting writer's workshops on Feb. 22 and 23.

Britta’s works have been featured in print, sound and on stage at the Art Gallery of Ontario, Tedx, and CBC Arts: Poetic Licence. As an educator, Britta has led writing workshops in partnerships with the League of Canadian Poets, Prologue Performing Arts and the Power Plant.

The focus of this workshop will be writing with the aim of reenvisioning the Black experience and Black existence.
