Author Alina Adams shares how her own family story of immigration, integration and assimilation led to her novel 'The Nesting Dolls', about three generations of headstrong, passionate Jewish women.

Writer Alina Adams explains how her own story of immigrating as a child to the US from the Soviet Union influenced her writing, particularly of her 2020 historical novel The Nesting Dolls.  She shares stories about her historical research, about how she eventually got published, and more.

This is the first of two presentations, to be held on Saturday February 26 at 2 PM.  To register for the second presentation on Tuesday March 1 at 7 PM, please visit https://calendar.kfpl.ca/event/6009768.  Both presentations will be the same.

This 90-minute interactive online presentation will be held on Zoom.  Registrants will be emailed the link immediately upon registration.
