Join KFPL and author and advocate S.P. Joseph Lyons for a wide-ranging discussion on the effects of colonialism and his personal experiences as a survivor.
As an Anishinaabe Algonquin author, speaker, and Indigenous and education advocate, S.P. Joseph Lyons will speak on Indigenous history, colonization, residential schools, the 60's Scoop and Inter-generational trauma. Participants are welcome to field questions as part of the Q&A following the main presentation.
