Best suited for children under 5. Celebrate the official opening of the TD Summer Reading Club with a StoryWalk® in the Lions Civic Gardens!

After registering for the TD Summer Reading Club at the Isabel Turner Branch, drop by and enjoy reading the picture book Monkey and Me by Emily Gravett as you move along the path.  

Lions Civic Gardens is right beside the Isabel Turner Branch (935 Gardiners Road). 

In case of rain/extreme weather the program will be cancelled. 

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT, and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg Hubbard Library. For ages 5 and up. Dig into discovery with Air Toobz, marble runs, straws, and connectors! Build twisty tunnels and creative pathways inspired by burrows and underground worlds. Drop-in.

Wed, Mar 18, 10:30am - 11:30am
For ages 6 and up. Use an Ozobot (robot) to help an ant navigate a maze that represents an underground tunnel—an engaging introduction to basic coding concepts. All materials provided.

For ages 6 and under. Enjoy puppet performances, including Princess and the Pea & Raffi's Octopus' Garden. Drop in — no registration necessary.

Drop in & take part in language learning activities, songs, stories, games, crafts, door prizes, vendors, & more! Join KFPL for a special Storytime with Grandmother Judi at 10:30 am. All are welcome!

Join KFPL and Rural Frontenac Community Services for a welcoming drop-in for older adults including guest speakers, maker activities, and a shared meal!
