Learn to make dumplings from local cook, farmer and food enthusiast Xiaobing Shen! Xiaobing helped establish Long Road Ecological Farm alongside Jonathan Davies. Their business offers Farm Sum, a common farm-based food created from organically produced pork and vegetables.

Attendees will receive a Zoom link upon registration.

This event is generously supported by the Friends of the Library.
