Ages 5 and up. Drop in and join us outdoors for an original musical by The Barefoot Players. "Just Can't Wait" is about how the last two years have shaped us & how we hope to shape the years ahead.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair, and join us in the Lions Civic Gardens (outside the Isabel Turner Branch).

The 2022 Barefoot Players are proud to present "Just Can't Wait", an original musical about how the last two years have shaped us, and how we hope to shape the years ahead.  Taking real-life testimonies and examples from local schoolchildren, families, and young theatre artists, "Just Can't Wait" will explore the hopes, fears, challenges and opportunities that the global pandemic placed in front of us all, and the exciting things that await in the future.  Combining banter, wordplay, audience participation, music, song, slapstick and dance, the Players will offer a poignant, funny, touching and, above all, honest exploration of all the things we "Just Can't Wait" to see, do and experience.

If rain, the performance will be rescheduled.

This performance is sponsored by The Friends of the Library.
