For teens. Even in the midst of a pandemic, climate change remains the most pressing global issue of our time. Join KFPL as a teen volunteer for the Kingston Youth Climate Council.
As a member of the KYCC, you will help design, execute, and lead a process of climate education, connection, empowerment, and action that will engage youth in Kingston.
This program will be hosted by Jeremy Milloy, Lead, Integrity of Creation and Climate Change at CHSO.
For more information, please contact Kristen Lemay, Teen and New Adult Services Librarian (klemay@kfpl.ca). Applications for new members are expected to open in August.
KFPL often has events and program "in the community," outside of the library branches. Look in the description of the program for more information about where it is located.
