For ages 10 and up. Join the Kingston Youth Climate Council for an earth-conscious afternoon. Drop off clean egg cartons and other specified materials, or take in a documentary screening.

Materials Drop-Off

Volunteers will collect materials to be sent to the Earthub Kingston chapter from 12:00-4:00 pm outside the Calvin Park Branch. Please do not leave materials with branch staff.

Accepted materials:

  • clean egg cartons
  • writing utensils (pens and markers)
  • coffee bags

2040 Screening at 1:00 pm

Please join us in the Calvin Park courtyard for this screening and a discussion led by the members of the Kingston Youth Climate Council.

Please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets.

In the event of inclement weather, the screening will be moved indoors.

2040 - Practical solutions to environmental concerns are addressed with the hope that the filmmaker's daughter, 21 years old in the year 2040, will face a hopeful future.
