Ages 6-8. Explore the concepts of buoyancy and the forces that act on watercraft by building your own boat with the Marine Museum! Hands-on fun throughout.

Kids will also learn about the technological design of ships and how their structures are built to withstand external forces. Research and problem-solving skills will be encouraged and practiced.

Caregivers of children under the age of 7 must remain in the program space; caregivers of children ages 7-9 must remain in the library during the program. Thank you.
