We are surrounded by a wide variety of wild edible foods in our city. Join Sheila Nemcsok, an avid hobby forager, for some hands-on learning about safely and sustainably identifying, collecting and using wild foods that are locally available and in season. Whether you are interested in improving your food self-sufficiency, expanding your range of culinary ingredients, or just interested in learning more about the plant life in our city, this workshop is for you.
