Learn about the creation of wills and estate planning from OBA member and lawyer, Ryan MacNeil of Cunningham Swan Lawyers in Kingston, during Make a Will Month.

This free information session will highlight the importance of seeking legal guidance for estate planning and will composition. Topics discussed will include the components of a will, the powers of attorney, and what happens in the absence of a will.
