Improve strength and balance to avoid hospital visits relating to falls. This event is followed by a Talking Café with refreshments facilitated by Compassionate Communities Kingston.

Staying active is an important part of staying healthy and independent. VON's Danielle McTaggart will show you how to be safe, keep moving and improve strength and balance at any fitness level

Explore a wide variety of topics in this bi-weekly speakers' series for Older Adults. Following each session, at 3:30 PM, Compassionate Communities Kingston will facilitate an informal Talking Café. Participants are invited to stay and socialize.
