Join KFPL and KCHC every Friday at the Rideau Heights Community Centre for an older adults activity day.

Activities include exercise programs, educational workshops, a talking café, cards and board games, instrument lending and music lessons, Minds in Motion classes by the Alzheimer's Society of KFL&A and a monthly hot meal for all participants

Join KFPL in the Large Hall for maker activities such as 3D printing, sewing, button making, and the cricut.
