Uncertainty is often unsettling. We each react to it differently, but it's safe to say that we usually find it stressful. However, there are tools we can use to help manage that stress.
The COVID-19 pandemic has meant an increase in stress for all of us, particularly as we entered the most recent lockdown and began to experience increased isolation.
This one hour program will look at the stressors that the pandemic has brought our way, how stress affects us, and at specific tools to help manage the stress and support ourselves during this time. Tools will be adaptable for adults and the children in your lives. There will be time for questions at the end.
