Even in the midst of a pandemic, climate change remains the most pressing global issue of our time, and climate justice the necessary path for a livable future.

Members of the KYCC help design, execute, and lead a process of climate education, connection, empowerment, and action that will engage youth in Kingston and the city of Kingston itself.

Please complete the Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment screening before attending the program, thank you! Please remember that all participants ages 2 and up must wear a mask throughout the program and while visiting the library. You will be asked to check-in on your arrival.

The Kingston Youth Climate Council is now accepting volunteers. If you are interested in learning more or joining the Climate Council, please contact Liz Coates, Manager of Programming & Outreach at lcoates@kfpl.ca.
