Kingston Frontenac Public Library's New Adult Advisory Board presents a series of casual book discussion mixers. Just don't call it a book club!

Books and Beans is a monthly discussion mixer for new adults and adults who like to read.

On the last Saturday of the month, come have a coffee or tea, a tasty pastry, and discuss books and other media in relation to a monthly theme (but feel free to come gab about any literary topic that has got you excited!

Our October discussion theme is "Spooky Reads." The Saturday before Halloween, we will focus on books that are creepy, scary, or otherwise fit into the general horror genre.
