Independent Living Centre Kingston (ILCK) was founded by people with disabilities in the late 80s. ILCK is a disability resource center that provides information, support, and skill building programs that address disability issues. ILCK provides knowledge and first hand experience that meets the needs of people with disabilities in our community including family, friends, and local health care providers.

Explore a wide variety of topics in this bi-weekly speakers' series for Older Adults. Following each session, at 3:30 PM, Compassionate Communities Kingston will facilitate an informal Talking Café. Participants are invited to stay and socialize.
