Looking for an avenue to discuss the climate crisis, sustainability, and the future? Pop into the ECO Book Club to explore different strategies and connect with others.

Join KFPL and the Neighbourhood Climate Action Champion Robert Gibson for a book club focused on our collective responsibility and ways to enhance sustainability in our own lives. We'll discuss how themes can be applied to our community and integrated into wider climate action. Don't have time to read the book but are interested in the conversation? Pop in for the discussion and community!

Refreshments will be provided.

First meeting: September 12, 2026, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in the Maple Room.

First book: The Good War: Mobilizing Canada for the Climate Emergency by Seth Klein.

Looking for a copy of the book? Reach out to Cara Hannaford, Librarian of Adult Services, at channaford@kfpl.ca.
