Join KFPL and KCHC every Monday at the Rideau Heights Community Centre for a day of activities for older adults.

Activities include exercise programs, educational workshops, a talking café, cards and board games, and a monthly book club. Enjoy breakfast while you attend.

Join KFPL in the Large Hall at 10 a.m. for cards, board games, and a mobile library.

The Book Club with No Rules takes place at 9:30 on the first Monday of each month.

From June 29th to August 28th, Older Adults Day will be moving to the Health Centre at 263 Weller Avenue.
