Join Claire Kadwell for a presentation on guarding against financial elder abuse and fraud.

As a law professional specializing in estate and capacity law, Claire will provide advice on working against elder abuse and fraud. She has been applying her legal expertise at Cunningham Swan since 2018, and also advises on matters regarding will interpretations and intestacies, power of attorney disputes, executor misconduct claims and will challenges.

Claire will be offering identical sessions on June 11 and 14, the week of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (June 15)

Attendees will receive a Zoom link upon registration.
