Learn and engage with Jessie Pengelly as she explores the idea of food as medicine during a live cooking demonstration!
Food fuels, nourishes and sustains us, it is essential to our health and how we conceive of ourselves. Join Jessie Pengelly as she explores these connections and concepts through cooking wild rice pudding.
This event is generously supported by the Friends of the Library.
